During the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses rushed to transition their physical products or services online. The urgency to create digital content, especially for social media, became a top priority. As a videographer, I’ve seen firsthand how this desperation led to hasty decisions. One of the most significant issues I’ve observed is the “Video Envy” syndrome. Many clients see competitors with a solid online presence and want to replicate their success instantly. However, they overlook that those brands have cultivated their online presence for years. A quick-fix approach rarely works.
