A good way to branch out and create more content for your brand is to focus on the questions that your customers ask. Another way is to think of questions or challenges that you feel your customers might ask. I find this method of creating content effective because it addresses the problems that might be preventing customers from purchasing your products or services.

Here’s an example.

Question: Why are your bags so expensive?

Answer: Because they are handmade with high-quality leather.

Now, take your answer and create topics centered on it.

I want to write blogs on my website.

I create Instagram reels on my business account.

  • 5 types of leather we love
  • The difference between high-quality leather and low-quality leather
  • Different methods of colouring your leather
  • Our favourite handmaking techniques
  • How we stitch our leather together using this tool

I am not well-versed with the whole leather-bag-hand-made thingy.
Please excuse me if my examples are lame :)
