How I practice storytelling through photography

Recently, a client of mine asked me how she could practice photography as a beginner. If I am starting as a brand new photographer again, I would focus on storytelling first instead of jumping onto the technical side of things. This way, I will build my interest and morph into the photographer I want to be without losing any interest or frustration.
