A team video is a video that allows your customers to get to know more about your brand from an insider’s point of view. Although it is not commonly used as a marketing asset, it is one of the easiest ways to elevate your brand’s goals and identity. Customers prefer to know more about the brand they will be purchasing from before committing to anything long-term. Therefore, putting out content that represents your brand most humanely is important in today’s oversaturated market — show who your team members are and strengthen the connection with your customers.

Sharing of Expertise

Every team member on your team possesses a different set of skills. This is what makes a brand unique and strong. A good way to use this as an advantage is to create a series of videos that feature your team members sharing their expertise. Remember, in today’s world, content is king. However, even if you have a library full of content to push out without considering the engagement values of them, it will not be effective at all. One of the most important ingredients in good content is how much it can resonate with your customers and having a series of educational short videos featuring each of your team members will go a long way.
